Customer Care Representative-Front Desk

Huxley Communications is looking for a friendly, customer orientated individual to join our Customer Care team. Our customer base is growing and our network is expanding. Join us in revolutionizing the way people connect in rural Iowa and apply today to be part of our dedicated hard-working team.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday through Friday. The position offers competitive wages and excellent benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Responds promptly to customer needs and provide quality customer service.

· Responds to requests for service and assistance.

· Answer multi-line phone system and greet walk in customers.

· Process Customer Payments.

· Assist Customers with service issues.

· Maintains Company’s social media accounts.

· Process customer notifications.

· Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

· Has good judgment in prioritizing work.

· Focuses on solving conflict without blaming or finding fault in others.

· Maintains confidentiality.

· Behave in a professional manner when in contact with customers.

· Displays positive attitude.

· Additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age.

· US Citizen or have a work visa.

· Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

· Works well in group situations.

· Makes sound, logical decisions.

· Computer literate.

· Technology Friendly.

· Bondable and insurable.
